We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
AVAILABILITY
When purchasing an item it is always possible that the purchased item can not be processed in case of a lack of availability. We will cancel the order and contact the buyer through e-mail.
PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases made through Adieux Maison are secured by iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Klarna, the most trusted internet payment methods and processing companies. Personal contact information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties.
SHIPPING
Shipping will take place 1 - 2 business days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
Print-on-demand garments: We're committed to sustainability. Print-on-demand products are produced as needed, reducing waste and environmental impact. Our aim is to fulfil your order from the printing location closes to you. By doing so we do our best to shorten the lead-times for shipping. We currently have printing locations in central Europe and once your order is ready to be shipped it will be with you within 1 - 6 business days.
The prices mentioned do not include shipping costs of €6.95.
Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies. Please note customers ordering outside Europe shipping time will be longer and will be responsible for all import tax charges.
RETURN POLICY
Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered items, all products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All products must be unworn and unwashed. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. We don´t cover the shipping costs of returning your goods. Please email us at adieuxmaison@gmail.com for the quickest response.
Any products purchased in the sale cannot be returned only exchange for another size if available. Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you. LOST AND MISSING ITEMS
Adieux Maison is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After sending the purchased item the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.
