General
These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded with Adieux Maison.
The moment you place an order via the webshop or by e-mail, you agree to the general terms and conditions. Adieux Maison reserves the right to change and/or extend these general terms and conditions.
Privacy
Your personal data will be included in the customer database of Adieux Maison. Adieux Maison does not provide any information to third parties, so that your privacy is not compromised.
Copyright
It is prohibited to copy, publish, reproduce or otherwise use text and/or images without written permission.
Order and agreement
You can place an order via the webshop or send a personal message on the social media channels of Adieux Maison. You must fill this in completely and truthfully. If you order a custom-made product, your right of return expires. Adieux Maison reserves the right to dissolve the agreement if you do not comply with the conditions set by Adieux Maison.
Prices and Payment
The stated prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
You can pay for the products on the website by means of an iDeal, bank transfer or credit card payment.
When payment is completed production will start and your order will be processed as soon as possible.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, you must report this by email to adieuxmaison@mail.com or via the contact form.
Shipping and Delivery
We use PostNL for all shipments. All products are sent with a Track & Trace code by parcel service. The costs for all packages are € 6.95. For orders above €150,- no shipping costs are charged.
The order will be sent as soon as the payment has been credited to the bank account of Adieux Maison. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when the order is shipped. Delivery takes place while stocks last. Adieux Maison will notify you when a product is no longer in stock. We strive to send the order within 3 working days via PostNL. Adieux Maison does not refund money on sale items.
Trial period/right of withdrawal
In the event of a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Article 7:5 of the Dutch Civil Code), you have the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 working days without giving any reason. This period starts when the ordered products are delivered. If you have not returned the delivered products to Adieux Maison after this period, the purchase is a fact. If you want to return the order, you must report this by email to adieuxmaison@mail.com or via the contact form . Make sure you have a valid proof of return shipment. Return of the products must be made in the original packaging (including accessories and any accompanying documentation) and in correct condition. If the products are used or damaged, the right to dissolution lapses. With due observance of the provisions of the previous sentence, Adieux Maison ensures that the purchase price is refunded to the buyer within 14 days after proper receipt of the return. Returning the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been specially made for you.

Newsletter
All paying customers give permission to be included in the newsletter after completing their order. The customer has the right to unsubscribe from this at any time.
Images and specifications
All images and specifications regarding dimensions, colours, etc. on the Adieux Maison website are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
